With an eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and experience with cutting-edge building science, we can create your custom home or retrofit your existing one. We work with a variety of local craftspeople, vendors and suppliers to bring the best of Vermont craftsmanship to you.
Dylan Kinsey, Owner
Dylan has over 20 years of experience in the building trades and comes from a long line of craftsmen. He is a Building Performance Institute Certified Professional, a Passive House Certified Builder, and studied Zero Net Energy Homes with one of the nation's leading energy consultants. Dylan started Kinsey Construction in 2005. He lives in South Albany, VT with his wife Eleanor and cat Jones.
